Default Using skill points for Z keys

The Z chest was added into the game to give rewards to PvPer who already were UAX and had no use for their balthizar faction. Tournement tokens were added, but those proved pointless, so the chest was then added. But what about the PvE'er. Alot of hardcore PvE'er have hundreds of skill points, with not use. There are comsumables, but most of the time, you get more skill points back that spend when you use them where they are meant to be used, in HM Elite missions. This brings me to my suggestion, add skill points to balth faction and tournement reward points to the list of items to use toward z keys.
At least 10 skill points should be used per key, this is around 150K Xp, more than the first rank of the survivor title. This should take longer to get than 5k faction in pvp, or pve (z challege).
Pros:
Skill points will have value now: Currently Skill Points are pointless. Most people already have the skills they want, or have way to many points to worry about using them up.
Scrolls will have value and be used : Currently rare Xp scolls are merchant fodder. Once getting skill points have a use, people will start buying them and using them to grain more points.
Comsumable would be used less: Skill point woul dhave value bringing up the value of comsumables, so people trying to maximize profit would try clearing areas without wasting skill points on comsumables. This wouldactually add some some challege into the game.

Cons:
Z-chest would no longer be mainly pvp only, of course with z challege, it never been totally pvp only
Havok in market: the first day it is added, there will be havok in the marketplace like the first day the chest was added.

Keep the Zaishen to PvP only. The only 2 outside PvP zaishens should be Jin and Sousuke.

Also the Pve world has loads and loads of high value chests.
Keep it that way.

People often have 1k+++ skills points on farm characters (Assassins, Elementalists and Monks, sometimes Rits and Warriors too). So 1000 skill points = 100 zaishen keys = 450k? Are you mad? Oo

Even if you said 'for PvP characters only' Stars of Transference already exist.

Sorry, but Balthazar wants you to fight in the arenas he is watching before you being rewarded.

Are you just terrible at math, or terrible at the game?

100 keys would = like 250k. At the VERY MOST, maybe 300k.

Well, this huge skill-point dump would be one-time only, and you have consumables competing for those SPs.

I would laugh at people who wasted every single SP on this while i sell them consumables for ridiculous prices.

Sure, I'll sign. Use for skill points; use for scrolls; higher market value for consumables; reward for refraining from "cheesing" your way through everything with consumables -- what's not to like?

Oh yeah, the 1-day market pop. Oh well. We've survived 1-day market pops before and we can do so again.

And the non-PvP-ification of the ZChest? That's not a problem at all. In fact, that's a solution to what I see as the biggest problem with the ZChest -- it doles out such massive amounts of PvE wealth to PvPers that PvEers, even extremely hardcore PvEers, end up with their buying power diluted. No amount of farming, or repeatedly running elite zones, or any other PvE-activity is half as profitable as farming noobs for ZKeys. Putting farming (even if for XP) back on par with PvP play as a way of generating PvE wealth would be a very good thing indeed.

/signed, but they need to level it to something reasonable.

the argument about farmers is pointless, when the chest was first introduced many PvP vets hat 100 000+ balth faction points to turn in for keys.

Perhaps 10 skill points for 1 Z-Key is a better break point?

Pretty sure zaishen chests were to reward pvpers, not grinding pvers.

So why exactly are PvP players getting PvE rewards?

I mean they could have set it up so that they had better or every possible skin/armor unlocks via the Balth faction, but no they get a sellable PvE weapon/tome/creme/ect...

I would bet most all of the PvP players that turned in points for Keys either sold the items or sold the keys themselves.

And I don't recall any $100,000 reward for PvE players.......!
